SECTION 1 – RING BOMB PARTY INTRODUCTION
1.1 - Policies and Compensation Plan Incorporated into Hostess Agreement
These Policies and Procedures, in their present form and as amended at the sole
discretion of Ring Bomb Party LLC (hereafter “Ring Bomb Party” or the “Company”), are
incorporated into, and form an integral part of the Ring Bomb Party Hostess Agreement.
Throughout these Policies, when the term “Agreement” is used, it collectively refers to
the completed and submitted Ring Bomb Party Independent Hostess Application and
Agreement, these Policies and Procedures and the Ring Bomb Party Compensation
Plan. These documents are incorporated by reference into and form an integral part of
the Ring Bomb Party Hostess Agreement (all in their current form and as amended by
Ring Bomb Party). It is the responsibility of each Hostess to read, understand, adhere
to, and ensure that she is aware of and operating under the most current version of
these Policies and Procedures. When sponsoring or enrolling a new Hostess, it is the
responsibility of the sponsoring Hostess to ensure that the applicant is provided with, or
has online access to, the most current version of these Policies and Procedures and the
Ring Bomb Party Compensation Plan prior to her execution of the Hostess Agreement.
1.2 - Purpose of Policies
Ring Bomb Party is a company that markets its products through Independent Party
Hostess’ (hereafter “Party Hostess” or “Hostess’”). It is important to understand that your
success and the success of your fellow Party Hostess’ depends on the integrity of the
individuals who market our products. To clearly define the relationship that exists
between Party Hostess’ and Ring Bomb Party , and to explicitly set a standard for
acceptable business conduct, Ring Bomb Party has established this Agreement. Ring
Bomb Party Hostess’ are required to comply with all of the Terms and Conditions set
forth in the Agreement which Ring Bomb Party may amend at its sole discretion, as well
as all federal, state and local laws governing their Ring Bomb Party business and their
conduct. Because you may be unfamiliar with many of these standards of practice, it is
very important that you read and abide by this Agreement. Please review the
information in these Policies and Procedures carefully. It explains and governs the
relationship between you, as an independent contractor and the Company. If you have
any questions regarding any policy or rule, do not hesitate to seek an answer from your
Sponsor or from Ring Bomb Party Corporate.
1.3 - Amendments to the Agreement
Because federal, state, and local laws, as well as the business environment, periodically
change, Ring Bomb Party reserves the right to amend the Agreement in its sole and
absolute discretion. By becoming a Party Hostess, a Party Hostess agrees to abide by
all amendments that Ring Bomb Party elects to make. Amendments shall be effective
upon notice to all Hostess’ that the Agreement has been modified. The Company shall
provide or make available to all Hostess’ a complete copy of the amended provisions by
one or more of the following methods: (1) posting in the Hostess back office; (2)
electronic mail (e-mail); (3) fax-on-demand; (4) voice mail system broadcast; (5)

reasonable control. This includes, without limitation, strikes, labor difficulties, riot, war,
fire, death, curtailment of a party’s source of supply, or government decrees or orders.
1.5 - Policies and Provisions Severable
If any provision of the Agreement, in its current form or as may be amended, is found to
be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, only the invalid portion(s) of the provision
shall be severed and the remaining terms and provisions shall remain in full force and
effect. The severed provision, or portion thereof, shall be reformed to reflect the purpose
of the provision as closely as possible.
1.6 - Waiver
The Company never gives up its right to insist on compliance with the Agreement and
with the applicable laws governing the conduct of a business. No failure of Ring Bomb
Party to exercise any right or power under the Agreement or to insist upon strict
compliance by a Hostess’ with any obligation or provision of the Agreement, and no
custom or practice of the parties at variance with the terms of the Agreement, shall
constitute a waiver of Ring Bomb Party’s right to demand exact compliance with the
Agreement. Waiver by Ring Bomb Party can be effectuated only in writing by an
authorized officer of the Company. Ring Bomb Party’s waiver of any particular breach by
a Hostess, or Ring Bomb Party’s waiver of any particular provision of the Hostess
Agreement or these Policies and Procedures, shall not affect or impair Ring Bomb
Party’s rights with respect to any subsequent breach, nor shall it affect in any way the
rights or obligations of any other Hostess. Nor shall any delay or omission by Ring
Bomb Party to exercise any right arising from a breach affect or impair Ring Bomb
Party’s rights as to that or any subsequent breach.
The existence of any claim or cause of action of a Hostess against Ring Bomb Party
shall not constitute a defense to Ring Bomb Party’s enforcement of any term or
provision of the Agreement.

3.1 - Conflicts of Interest
3.1.1 - Non-solicitation
Ring Bomb Party Hostess’ are free to participate in other direct selling ventures or
marketing opportunities (including party plan, network marketing and multilevel
marketing), excluding direct sales companies that directly compete with the Ring Bomb
Party business model (jewelry business). However, during the term of this Agreement,
Hostess’ may not directly or indirectly recruit other Ring Bomb Party Hostess’ for any
other direct selling business.
Following the cancellation of a Hostess’s Hostess Agreement, and for a period of six
calendar months thereafter, with the exception of a Hostess who was personally
sponsored by the former Hostess, a former Hostess may not recruit any Ring Bomb
Party Hostess for another network marketing business. Hostess’ and the Company
recognize that because network marketing is conducted through networks of
independent contractors dispersed across the entire United States and internationally,
and business is commonly conducted via the internet and telephone, an effort to
narrowly limit the geographic scope of this non-solicitation provision would render it
wholly ineffective. Therefore, Hostess’ and Ring Bomb Party agree that this nonsolicitation
provision shall apply to all markets in which Ring Bomb Party conducts
3.1.2 - Sale of Competing Goods
Hostess’ must not sell, or attempt to sell, any competing non-Ring Bomb Party products
(excluding Glam Box LIVE) at any Ring Bomb Party-related event such as a home party
or virtual party. Any product in the same generic categories as Ring Bomb Party
products is deemed to be competing (e.g., any rings, jewelry or other fashion accessory
is in the same generic category as Ring Bomb Party products, and is therefore a
competing product, regardless of differences in cost, quality, material, or design.). No
selling (retailing) of samples or jewelry contained in Ring Bomb Party products as a
prize is allowable. These items can be used to incentivize your business as prizes for
your customers only.
3.1.3 - Hostess Participation in Other Direct Selling Programs
If a Hostess is engaged in other non-Ring Bomb Party direct selling programs, it is the
responsibility of the Hostess to ensure that her Ring Bomb Party business is operated
entirely separate and apart from any other program in which the Hostess participates.
To this end, the following must be adhered to:
1. The Hostess may not participate in a direct selling company that directly
competes with the Ring Bomb Party business model.
2. The Hostess may not offer the Ring Bomb Party opportunity or products to non-
Ring Bomb Party prospective or existing customers. The Hostess shall not
display Ring Bomb Party promotional materials, sales aids, or products with or in
the same location as any non-Ring Bomb Party promotional materials, sales
aids, products or services.
3. The Consultant may not offer any other direct selling program (non-Ring Bomb
Party) opportunity, products, services at any Ring Bomb Party-related meeting,
seminar or convention.
3.1 - Change of Hostess Sponsor
Each Hostess may have only one Sponsor. To protect the integrity of the business and
safeguard the hard work of all Hostess’, Ring Bomb Party prohibits changes in
sponsorship. A Hostess is not permitted to encourage, offer or assist any other Hostess
to change Sponsors. Under no circumstance shall any Hostess offer or provide any
financial incentive or other consideration to another Hostess in exchange for Hostess’
agreement to terminate her Hostess subscription and re-apply under another Sponsor.
Maintaining the integrity of sponsorship is critical to the success of every organization.
Accordingly, the transfer of a Hostess’ business from one Hostess to another is not
3.2 - Cancellation and Re-application
A Hostess may legitimately change organizations by voluntarily canceling her Ring
Bomb Party business and remaining inactive (i.e., no purchases of Ring Bomb Party
products for resale, no sales of Ring Bomb Party products, no sponsoring, no
attendance at any Ring Bomb Party functions, participation in any other form of Hostess
activity, or operation of any other Ring Bomb Party business) for three (3) full calendar
months. Following the three month period of inactivity, the former Hostess may reapply
under a new Sponsor.
3.3 - Cross-Sponsoring
Actual or attempted cross sponsoring is strictly prohibited. “Cross sponsoring” is defined
as the enrollment of an individual that already has a current Hostess Agreement with
Ring Bomb Party, or who has had such an Agreement within the preceding three
calendar months, within a different line of sponsorship. The use of a spouse’s or
relative’s name, trade names, DBAs, assumed names, corporations, partnerships,
trusts, federal ID numbers, or fictitious ID numbers to circumvent this policy is also
prohibited. Hostess’ shall not demean, discredit or defame other Ring Bomb Party
Hostess’ in an attempt to entice another Hostess to become part of the first Hostess’
Team.. If Cross Sponsoring is discovered, it must be brought to the Company’s attention
immediately. Ring Bomb Party may take disciplinary action against the Hostess that
changed organizations and/or those Hostess’ who encouraged or participated in the
Cross Sponsoring. Hostess’ waive all claims and causes of action against Ring Bomb
Party arising from or relating to the disposition of the Cross Sponsored Hostess’ Team.
3.7 - Unauthorized Claims and Actions
3.7.1 - Indemnification
A Hostess is fully responsible for all of her verbal and written statements made
regarding Ring Bomb Party products and the Compensation Plan, which are not
expressly contained in official Ring Bomb Party materials. Hostess’ agree to indemnify
Ring Bomb Party and Ring Bomb Party’s directors, officers, employees, and agents,
and hold them harmless from any and all liability including judgments, civil penalties,
refunds, attorney fees, court costs, or lost business incurred by Ring Bomb Party as a
result of the Hostess’ unauthorized representations or actions. This provision shall
survive the termination of the Hostess Agreement.
3.8 - Errors or Questions
If a Hostess has questions about or believes any errors have been made regarding
commissions, bonuses, Hostess Activity Reports, or charges, the Hostess must notify
Ring Bomb Party in writing within 14 days of the date of the purported error or incident
in question. Ring Bomb Party will not be responsible for any errors, omissions or
problems not reported to the Company within 14 days.
3.9 - Governmental Approval or Endorsement
Neither federal nor state regulatory agencies or officials approve or endorse any direct
selling or network marketing companies or programs. Therefore, Hostess’ shall not
represent or imply that Ring Bomb Party or its Compensation Plan have been
“approved,” “endorsed” or otherwise sanctioned by any government agency.
3.10 - Holding Applications or Orders
Hostess must not manipulate enrollments of new Hostess applicants and purchases of
Ring Bomb Party products.
3.11 - Identification
All Hostess’ are required to provide their Social Security Number or a Federal Tax
Identification Number to Ring Bomb Party. Upon enrollment, the Company will provide a
unique Hostess Identification Number to the Hostess by which she will be identified.
This number will be used to place orders, and track commissions and bonuses.
3.12 - Income Taxes
Each Hostess is responsible for paying local, state and federal taxes on any income
generated as an Independent Hostess. If a Ring Bomb Party business is tax exempt,
the Federal Tax Identification Number must be provided to Ring Bomb Party. Every year,
Ring Bomb Party will provide an IRS Form 1099 MISC (Non-employee Compensation)
earnings statement to each U. S. resident who: 1) Had earnings of over $600 in the
previous calendar year; or 2) Made purchases during the previous calendar year in
excess of $5,000.
3.13 - Inventory Loading
Hostess’ should never purchase more products than they can reasonably use or sell to
retail customers in a month, and must not influence or attempt to influence any other
Hostess to buy more products than they can reasonably use or sell to retail customers
in a month.
3.14 - Adherence to Laws and Ordinances
Hostess’ shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations in the
conduct of their businesses. Many cities and counties have laws regulating certain
home-based businesses. In most cases these ordinances are not applicable to Hostess’
because of the nature of their business. However, Hostess’ must obey those laws that
do apply to them. If a city or county official tells a Hostess that an ordinance applies to
her, the Hostess shall be polite and cooperative, and immediately send a copy of the
ordinance to the Customer Service Department at Ring Bomb Party. In most cases
there are exceptions to the ordinance that may apply to Ring Bomb Party Hostess’.

Ring Bomb Party is authorized to conduct business, as announced in official Company
literature. In addition, no Hostess may, in any unauthorized country: (a) conduct
enrollment or training meetings; (b) enroll or attempt to enroll potential Hostess’; or (c)
conduct any other activity for the purpose of establishing a Team or promoting the Ring
Bomb Party opportunity.
3.16 - One Ring Bomb Party Business per Hostess per Household
A Hostess may hold only one account under a single Sponsor. A person or entity may
not be a party to more than one Hostess Agreement or hold, directly or indirectly, any
interest in additional Hostess business, including any Hostess business operated by a
Business Entity. Hostess’ whose credit card information appears on Hostess accounts
other than their own will be in violation of this policy. No Hostess may pay others to
market and sell any Ring Bomb Party products.
A Hostess may operate or have an ownership interest, legal or equitable, as a sole
proprietorship, partner, shareholder, trustee, or beneficiary, in only one Ring Bomb Party
business. Individuals of the same household may not enter into or have an interest in
more than one Ring Bomb Party business. A “household” is defined as spouses and
dependent children living at or doing business at the same house address.
In order to maintain the integrity of the Ring Bomb Party Compensation Plan, husbands
and wives or common-law couples (collectively “spouses”) who wish to become Ring
Bomb Party Hostess’ must be jointly sponsored as one Ring Bomb Party business.
Spouses, regardless of whether one or both are signatories to the Hostess Application
and Agreement, may not own or operate any other Ring Bomb Party business, either
individually or jointly, nor may they participate directly or indirectly (as a shareholder,
partner, trustee, trust beneficiary, or any other legal or equitable ownership) in the
ownership or management of another Ring Bomb Party business in any form.

rolling 4-week calendar period and continue to pay the monthly technology subscription
fees (technology fees must be paid concurrently).

technology subscription fees support your Backoffice (“ Party Vault”) , your replicated
website, and your social media party integration with your website. These fees are not
connected to Facebook or the Forums. If the technology subscription fees are not paid,
you will not have access to your Backoffice (“Party Vault”) or replicated website. If you
want to gain access to your Backoffice (“Party Vault”) and replicated website, you will be
required to back pay for the any previous non-active month(s).

participate in Ring Bomb Party in any manner that varies from the program as set forth
by Ring Bomb Party. Hostess’ shall not require or encourage other current or
prospective Hostess’ to execute any agreement, document, or contract other than
official Ring Bomb Party agreements, documents and contracts in order to become a
Ring Bomb Party Hostess.
4.2 - Advertising
The marketing and promotion of Ring Bomb Party, the Ring Bomb Party Hostess
opportunity, the Compensation Plan, and Ring Bomb Party products shall be consistent
with the public interest, and must avoid all deceptive, misleading, unethical or immoral
conduct or practices. To promote both the products and the opportunity Ring Bomb
Party offers, Hostess’ should use the sales aids and materials produced by Ring Bomb
Party. Hostess’ must submit all written sales aids, promotional materials,
advertisements, and other literature to the Company for approval.
4.2.1 - Hostess’ Web Sites
If a Hostess desires to utilize an Internet web page to promote her business, she may
do so through Ring Bomb Party’s replicated website program ONLY. This program
permits Hostess’ to advertise on the Internet and personalize the site with the Hostess’
contact information. These websites seamlessly link directly to the official Ring Bomb
Party website giving the Hostess a professional and Company-approved presence on
the Internet. No Consultant may independently design a website that uses the names,
logos, or product descriptions of Ring Bomb Party.

1. There must be a functioning return email address to the sender.

SECTION 5 - SALES
5.1 - Product Sales
The Ring Bomb Party Compensation Plan is based on the sale of Ring Bomb Party
products to end consumers. Hostess’ must fulfill sales to be eligible for bonuses and
commissions from Ring Bomb Party.
5.2 - Telemarketing Techniques
The Federal Trade Commission and the Federal Communications Commission each
have laws that restrict telemarketing practices. Both federal agencies (as well as a
number of states) have “do not call” regulations as part of their telemarketing laws.
Although Ring Bomb Party does not consider Hostess’ to be “telemarketers” in the
traditional sense of the word, these government regulations broadly define the term
“telemarketer” and “telemarketing” so that your inadvertent action of calling someone
whose telephone number is listed on the federal “do not call” registry could cause you to
violate the law. Moreover, these regulations must not be taken lightly, as they carry
significant penalties (up to $11,000.00 per violation). Therefore, Hostess’ must not
engage in telemarketing in the operation of their Ring Bomb Party businesses. The term
“telemarketing” means the placing of one or more telephone calls to an individual or
entity to induce the purchase of a Ring Bomb Party product, or to recruit them for the
opportunity. However, a telephone call(s) placed to a prospective customer or Hostess
(a “prospect”) is permissible under the following situations:
If the Hostess has an established business relationship with the prospect. An
“established business relationship” is a relationship between a Hostess and a prospect
based on the prospect’s purchase, rental, or lease of goods or services from the
Hostess, or a financial transaction between the prospect and the Hostess, within the
eighteen (18) months immediately preceding the date of a telephone call to induce the
prospect’s purchase of a product or service.
5.3 - Product Claims
No claims, including personal testimonials, as to therapeutic, curative or beneficial
properties of any products offered by Ring Bomb Party may be made except those
contained in official Ring Bomb Party literature. In particular, no Hostess may make any
claim that Ring Bomb Party products are useful in the cure, treatment, diagnosis,
mitigation or prevention of any diseases. Such statements can be perceived as medical
or drug claims. Not only do such claims violate the company’s policies, but they
potentially violate federal and state laws and regulations, including the federal Food,
Drug, and Cosmetic Act and Federal Trade Commission Act.
5.4 - Events, Expo’s and Other Sales Forums
Hostess’ may display and/or sell Ring Bomb Party products at events, trade shows and
professional expositions without approval. We ask that you use ethical judgments and
represent the brand in a professional way at these events as well as the selection
process of these events.
5.5 – Retail Pricing & Discounts
Any displayed or advertised price in a public forum must be at full retail (SRP).
Unpublished discounts can only be offered to customers on an individual basis. You
must sell Ring Bomb Party products in their original packaging and may not repackage,
re-label, or alter the labels (other than adding a personalized sticker) in any way.
Raffles, giveaways etc. that include discounting can be done only on an individual basis
vs. public forums (ex; social media, expos/trade shows). A private forum (individual) is
defined as in-person, emails, telephone calls, and one-on-one to current customers.
5.6 - Reps to Not Purchase as Retail for PV or Bonuses
No Active Party Hostess may purchase their own product at retail price to increase their PV for the calendar month or future months.
Active Party Hostesses may not order their own products for commission purposes and sales. By doing so, this is considered fraudulent and will
result in immediate termination.
SECTION 6 - RESPONSIBILITIES OF HOSTESSES
6.1 - Change of Address or Telephone
To ensure timely delivery of products, support materials, and commission checks, it is
critically important that the Ring Bomb Party address and contact records are current.
Hostess’ planning to move should update their personal information via the Backoffice
(“Party Vault”) function of the Hostess’ replicated Ring Bomb Party website or contact
the Customer Service Department. To ensure proper delivery, 14 days or two weeks
advance notice must be provided to Ring Bomb Party on all changes.
6.2 - Hostess Training
Any Hostess who sponsors another Hostess into Ring Bomb Party must perform
assistance and training functions to make sure that her downline party hostess’ are
properly operating their respective Ring Bomb Party businesses. Hostess’ should have

While Ring Bomb Party welcomes constructive input from individuals, negative
comments and remarks made in the field by Hostess’ about the Company, its products,
or Compensation Plan are not tolerated in any form or fashion. For this reason, and to
set the proper example for their Team, Hostess’ must not disparage, demean, or make
negative remarks about Ring Bomb Party, other Ring Bomb Party Hostess’, Ring Bomb

employees. Any negative remarks made give the Corporate Office rights to immediate
termination of Party Hostess' Contract as they see fit.

of the violation directly to Ring Bomb Party’s Corporate office. Details of incidents such
as dates, number of occurrences, persons involved, and any supporting documentation
should be included in the report.
SECTION 7 - RESPONSIBILITIES OF SPONSORS
One of the key elements of a Sponsor is the ability to build and lead a team. When you
are building and leading a team you must always lead by example and integrity. One of
the many benefits of building a team/organization is earning team level commissions for
the time and effort you spend leading, training and supporting each of them in order to
achieve success in their personal businesses.
7.1 - Monthly Rank Qualifications
In order to be paid on your Rank title you must achieve each minimum Rank

supporting your team or we see that you are not working your business, we reserve the
right to move your downline to the next qualified Party leader.
7.2 - Minimum Party Leadership Support
As a Party Leader, you have chosen to build and lead a team and you are required to
provide a minimum level of support to your downline Hostesses in order to maintain
your Party Leader status. The very minimum requirement to maintain your Team/
Downline is meeting a minimum PQV every calendar quarter as defined by Ring Bomb
Party Corporate beginning January 2018, as well as paying your monthly technology
fees, in order to avoid any team changes. To provide a level of Minimum Leadership
Support, you must actively practice the Ring Bomb Party Mission Statement and Core
Values, in addition to the following:
1. Lead by Example;
2. Exemplify the cornerstone of leadership by maintaining and actively working your
business through Hosting - Selling - Sponsoring;
3. Showing consistent engagement in your business.
4. Return phone calls or emails within two (2) business days unless you have pre notified
your Downline that you will be unavailable for a short vacation period of
no greater than two (2) weeks;

team members in all forums. If, under any circumstances, the Corporate Office
determines, in its sole discretion, that adequate minimum leadership responsibilities are
not being met, we may alter your team as discussed in Section 7.8. It is our goal to
ensure that all Ring Bomb Party Hostesses are getting adequate leadership and support
to succeed in their own personal businesses – and this should be your ultimate goal as
a Leader as well. The Corporate Office also routinely monitors the minimum leadership
activity of Party Leaders of large teams to ensure the teams are being fully supported by
an active and engaged Leader. In the rare event that a Leader is consistently not
meeting their personal activity obligations, the Corporate Office may step in and
evaluate a more supportive reporting structure for some or all of the Downline team.
SECTION 8 - BONUSES AND COMMISSIONS
8.1 - Bonus and Commission Qualifications
A Party Hostess must be in compliance with the Agreement to qualify for bonuses and
commissions. So long as a Hostess complies with the terms of the Agreement, Ring
Bomb Party will pay commissions to such Hostess in accordance with the
8.2 - Adjustment to Bonuses and Commissions
Party Hostesses receive bonuses and commissions based on the actual sales of
products to end consumers. When a product is returned to Ring Bomb Party for a
refund or is repurchased by the Company, the bonuses and commissions attributable to
the returned or repurchased product(s) will be deducted, in the month in which the
refund is given, and continuing every pay period thereafter until the bonuses and
commissions are recovered, from the Hostess who received bonuses and commissions
on the sales of the refunded products. In the event that any such Hostess terminates his
or her Consultant Agreement, and the amounts of the bonuses or commissions
attributable to the returned products have not yet been fully recovered by the Company,
the remainder of the outstanding balance will be offset against any amounts owed to
the terminated Hostess.
